SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has shipped, please allow 5–7 business days for delivery. All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

 

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Bee's Essentials is not responsible for carrier delays.

• Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): $9.95

• Free Shipping on all orders over $50

 

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order subtotal reaches $50 or more, before taxes and fees.

Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally. We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future — stay connected with The Hive for updates!

 

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging every order, but if your order arrives damaged, lost in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@beesessentials.co. Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Bee's Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@beesessentials.co — we will do our best to make corrections before your order ships.
